Strengths:    Price, functionality. Adjustable for different tire sizes.

Weaknesses:    The sticker fell off

Bottom Line:   
Works as advertised. I'm using it on my carbon hardtail 29er with a 2.25 tire. I used to worry about my bike getting knocked over by my cat or dog when I just leaned it against something, but not anymore. It's stable. The fact that it rolls wasn't a selling point for me but now that I actually have the thing I find that to be convenient. Cheers.
