Strengths: Quality, convenience, Saris customer service, ease of use, look and feel, built in lock, stand.Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: This is the absolute best rack in the market. It's light weight, easy to use, easy to take off and put back on the car, and comes with a separate stand for keeping the bikes at home. Taking the bikes on and off is extremely easy. The slight width adjustment has also come in handy for child sized bikes. Mine originally was difficult to slide off the piece that stays on the hitch in hot days, but called Saris and they immediately sent a replacement piece that took care of the issue. I bought mine on sale, but it's definitely worth it's full price. Outstanding rack. Get it!

Strengths: Very adjustable, lightweight, fits most every vehicle made, does not scratch bikes, quick on and off, carries 2 mountain and one kids bike easily, carries bikes very securely,Weaknesses: pads will scratch paint if you get dirt on them and forget to wipe it off, more user error than a weakness.Bottom Line: We bought this when we purchased our bikes and now own 2 of them so we can transport out kids bike with ours to trails . after checking out my friends carriers we feel we made the right choice. Would recommend using a Bike Beam for full-suspension bikes to keep from damaging cables .
