Strengths: SO easy to mount. I've used Yak and Thule in the past, but a monkey could set up a Saris rack. Do you know how to turn a know clockwise or counter-clockwise? Then you now how to affix Saris load bars to your roof.Weaknesses: none that I can tellBottom Line: Seriously--price out the big boys, then look at Saris. I've mounted luggage, ladders, surf boards (big SUP boards!), a Sears cargo box (back in the day) as well as bikes, bike wheels, and snowboards/skis. I've been using Saris for over 10 years, and as long as I can find their stuff, I'll keep using!
