Strengths: Strong, secure, good padding, heavy duty elastic strapsWeaknesses: adjustment pins are beginning to rust inside the handles, juuuusst fits a 19" frame (hardtail)Bottom Line: A good product although it would've been nice if they could have used the same stainless steel on the adgustment pins that they used for the attachment straps. Rusted pretty quickly, from fall showers last year.. if I knew that I would have taken it off sooner.
Arms could be tighter too, a little too much room for them to move around if there's not enough weight on them, especially on the highway. Be careful removing the bike, it's a bit of a challange, cables tend to get snagged.
I like the soft heavy duty rubber straps easy to slip around the frame on and off, no worries about the bike coming loose durring transport. The padding is thick and in the right places, once this baby is strapped in, it's not moving... (other than the arms that is)
Over all this is a pretty solid product with a few minor tweeks needed.

Strengths: Sturdy frame, good price.Weaknesses: Lots of straps, side hooks for trunk don't stay put on my car, and scratch. Can't accommodate my Giant AC Team. Not much of an issue because I race a hardtail, but if I ever want to haul my Giant somewhere it'll have to go in the trunk.Bottom Line: I wanted a roof rack, but live in Korea and have a Daewoo, so I couldn't find any roof racks that listed my car as compatible, so I had to go with a rear rack. I use it to haul my wife's and my hardtails, but I also have a Giant AC and there's no good way to mount it on this rack. If you have a funky frame, stay away.

Strengths: Nice and padded where it contacts your car, bar holders that don't move while you are driving, sturdy.Weaknesses: Takes a few minutes to unfold and fold up, and the straps hanging down all over the place when it is folded. Also, Giant FS bikes will only fit on the last spot!Bottom Line: This is a decent rack for the money. It doesn't scratch your car, holds the bikes with a 3-strap system well. I have seen many other racks that hold three bikes that aren't nearly as nice or quality as this one. The stretchy rubber straps, etc are quality.
