Strengths:    Accurate "stud diameter" for fork to grip; design incorporates a loop, enabling the adaptor to be locked onto the truck/rack. Beefy construction.

Weaknesses:    Rotates around a little, due to leverage; forjk studs scar up pretty quick

Bottom Line:   
I chose this version of the Maverick adaptor because I can lock it onto my truck by passing a cable through the loop/box created in the design of the mount. It does what it's supposed to.
