Strengths:    Price is great for a tray style rack.
Sturdy
Fits both 1 1/4 and 2 inch hitch

Weaknesses:    The upright touches the bike frame.

Bottom Line:
I just picked up this rack before I took a road trip from Central Texas to Pennsylvania. To my surprise it was rock solid. Hardly rocked at highway speed and was very stable. It is easy to use. It assembled easily, the instructions were all pictures. It was a lot beefier then I had expected. at first I didn't really like how it used a huge bolt to secure to the trailer hitch, but if it used a pin it wouldn't be as sturdy. It would jiggle quite a bit. The tilting mechanism works as advertised and holds securely. The upright is covered in dense closed cell foam and doesn't scratch the bike's paint. The only thing this rack is missing is a way to tilt the bikes out of the way to access the back of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this rack to anyone who needs a sturdy rack for under $150.
