Strengths:    Got this with the Dee Dog bag I purchased here ages ago, so far so good, great bomb proof material, adequate padding, good stitching, strong velcro.

Weaknesses:    Tends to move around, so you cant just put it on and go, have to adjust the pad.

Bottom Line:   
Great pad, just needs to stay put at times, definitely need it, cause those straps are hard on your shoulders especially if your carrying heavy stuff.
