Strengths: - Secure, silent fit when installed.
- Good size
- Elastic loop inside to secure tube.
- Velcro strap for multi-tool?Weaknesses: - Cleat (plactic attachment point) snap when I installed it. One side fitted, then following the instructions to push the other side on to the rail... SNAP!Bottom Line: - Install the tough cleat, very very slowly and firmly.
I'll try to get a replacement from my LBS, if not I'll drill four holes on the cleat area, and run zip-ties through them.
