Strength:

weight, handling, climbing, no corrosion, craftsmanship

Weakness:

no rear suspension adjustment

You have to pedal efficiently or this thing will bob, but if you're pedaling circles, it's probably the most efficient bike around. I stand up going down hills, so the lack of full rear suspension is not that significant. Climbing I can choose to sit or stand. Softail rear takes the edge off bumps. I love the fact that there's no paint to scratch, so the thing still looks like brand new. Welds and machining are artwork. Titanium gives such a nice ride, and weighs so little. I only wish that the rear suspension had some adjustment so it could be a bit more refined to riding conditions; some rebound damping would be welcome. Overall, it's a hard bike to keep up with.
