HOW TO ENTER:
Enter by visiting www.mtbr.com and following all instructions for completing the survey and entry form that appear in the Contest area. The Bontrager Swag Giveaway will begin at 1:00 p.m. (PST) on Tuesday May 8, 2012 and all entries must be received by 9:00 p.m. (PST) on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 (the "Contest Period"). You may enter the Contest as many times as you like, one (1) grand prize will be awarded and five (5) sets of Bontrager tires and five (5) Bontrager saddles will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will win a Bontrager Pro Rhythm Swag Pack Grand Prize that includes: Bontrager Rhythm Pro Carbon bar, Bontrager Evoke RL saddle, Bontrager Rhythm Pro post, Bontrager Rhythm stem, Bontrager tires and a set of Bontrager Rhythm Pro wheels. The winner will be chosen at random. In the event of a dispute, all surveys and entry forms will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. Bontrager and Mtbr.com will not be responsible or liable for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software. All surveys and entry forms become the property of Bontrager and Mtbr.com immediately upon submission. Email addresses will also be added to Bontrager and Mtbr.com's database for newsletter sign-ups and opt-in emails for receiving special email offers from our merchant partners. Your email will not be sold or rented to third-party merchants—this list will be maintained by Mtbr.com and Bontrager separately. HOW TO PLAY:
To participate, you must fully complete the entry form. Please answer all the questions on the entry form completely and submit them to Bontrager electronically by clicking on the Submit button. This will send the survey and entry form to Mtbr.com on behalf of Bontrager, in which case you will be entered in a drawing for the prize described. Only complete entry forms will be eligible to participate in the Contest.

PRIZE:
One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen, at random from all eligible entries. The prize is one (1) Bontrager Pro Rhythm Swag Pack Total Value: $1220 US. Five (5) winners will be chosen, at random from all eligible entries for a set of Bontrager tires (Value: $100 US). Five (5) winners will be chosen, at random from all eligible entries for a Bontrager Evoke RL saddle (Value: $90 US). The winner is responsible for all other expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize.

ODDS:
The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be notified by e-mail on or about the following Wednesday of the week following the end of the contest. Prize winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Any winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize, by any one of the following methods: (a) At the time the winner is notified by email, the winner may indicate that he or she intends to waive the prize, in which case the prize will not be delivered if the winner has delivered a signed, written waiver to Bontrager within ten (10) days after such notification; (b) At any time after notification but prior to delivery of the prize, the winner may waive the prize by delivering a signed, written waiver to Bontrager; or (c) After delivery of the prize, the winner may return the prize to Bontrager, along with a signed, written waiver, in which case the winner shall be responsible for all shipping costs in order to return the prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed. Rights to receive a prize are non-assignable and non-transferable. Submission of a survey and entry form constitutes the contestant's representation that he or she is eligible to participate. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest also constitutes the winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, location (city/state) and/or image on the Bontrager or Mtbr web pages, and to the inclusion of his or her name, location(city/state), and/or image in any other related publications or web sites for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or additional compensation.
If we are unable to contact the selected winner after two attempts via email, a new winner may be selected at which time the winner initially contacted, will no longer be awarded the prize. You MUST submit a valid email address and Bontrager and Mtbr.com are not responsible for lost or stolen or misfiled emails due to spam filters, firewalls, or any other cause of email delivery blockage.

RESTRICTIONS:
Prize is not transferable. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash value.
* Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules. Bontrager reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the Contest.
* By participating in the Contest, each contestant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by arbitration conducted in California according to the rules of the California Arbitration Act; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
* All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the contestant and Bontrager in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

The Bontrager Contest is sponsored by Bontrager, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Bontrager and Mtbr.com will not be responsible for typographical or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other Contest materials.
