Bicycle Butler - Bikeshops, Spokane, Washington

Bicycle Butler - Bikeshops, Spokane, Washington

DESCRIPTION

Our shop is owned and operated for riders, by riders.

We have an open air service department where you can come in and watch us work on your bike. In fact, we often receive visits from our fellow cycling customers and friends just to shoot the breeze or talk about their latest rides. Additionally every Wednesday night in the summer we host a group ride... Which will be starting soon!!

It’s a decent shop, not a huge selection. Mostly Kona and Giant. I went there in November looking for big off-season sales. They didn’t have any big sales (They had already sold most of their 08 models), but their everyday prices were reasonable.

Customer Service

The people there were friendly and unpretentious. They weren’t the types to turn their noses up at casual riders like at some bike shops. They had a display of used bikes outside that they were helping their customers sell. I found it impressive that they went through such trouble to build relationships with customers.

I didn’t end up finding what I was looking for, but I kind of wish that I had. They have weekly rides leaving from their shop in the summers, and appear to be big on building a community of local riders. I wish I could have patronized their business.

I'm glad that I didn't go to one of the bigger shops here is Spokane. This is literally a diamond in the rough. Small, but excellent overall shop. Not the biggest selection, though, but the best prices in town.

Customer Service

Some of the friendliest, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth people work here. Great customer service. Bought my first MTB here, and there was no pressure and they didn't make me feel like a second rate citizen for not knowing much about the components. Did I mention the prices.

Highly recommended that you check these guys out before going to one of the bigger stores. They also have weekly rides that I haven't been able to experience yet. But if it's with the guys in the shop, I'm guessing it'll be good times.

I purchased my Kona here. I didn't know they even existed before this. They are very nice, and competent.

Customer Service

Very nice and normal folks. They know the bikes and are very helpful. If I rode more I would probably go in more often.

Not the biggest shop but by far the one I am the most impressed with.

Customer Service

Bike selection is not the biggest but they are more than happy to order anything they don't happen to have in stock. Prices are competitive, but the customer service is incredible. Service rates are among the lowest I've seen, and they've serviced my bike without an appointment more times than I can remember. Also any bike purchase gives you unlimited tune-ups in the first 90 days and two more free tune-ups over the life of the bike.

Also, the service people are great, zero high pressure sales tactics. I went in, told them what I could afford, and the guy showed me what I was looking at and helped my choose. Absolutely no trying to upsell me or anything.

The best bike shop in Spokane, by a long shot.

I called around to numerous bike shops in the Spokane area. This was by far the least expensive.

Customer Service

I brought in my frame to have a headset pressed. Ten minutes later the job was done and I was walking out the door, which was very quick considering how busy they were. They were very friendly and let me watch the entire time.

If you need work done on your bike and want some cash left over this is your shop. They also have Wednesday night rides, which regrettably I have not been able to participate in yet.

It is a quaint little shop that is well worth the visit.
It may not be the biggest or the fanciest, but they know what they are talking about and definately have the skills and experience to set you up with whatever you need.

Customer Service

The crew here goes above and beyond all expectations. They were kind and didnt immediatly dismiss me because of my obvious lack of experience. They even finished repairing and tuning my bike before I expected.

This is the only shop that I visited in Spokane that was worth the effort.
Me and My Cheap-O Mongoose thank you!
