Fluidride is a great little shop that always seems to have what I need and someone behind the counter who can provide sound, down-to-earth advice. I haven't taken any of their classes, but I do have their DVD and it is very thorough and approachable.

Another cool thing about Fluidride is that you can often ask to watch as they service your bike, which was a great way for me to learn how to service my forks.

Customer Service

The folks who work here are low-key and very approachable. I've been in a half dozen times and they've always steered me down the right path, even when it meant not buying something.

A great shop period. If you have a problem with your bike, you're best bet is to go to them. They will also show you what it is they are doing to the bike and what you can do in the future to maintenence you're bike.

Customer Service

They are always going up and beyond the call of duty... All of the employees are avid riders and almost all are expert downhillers.

Its like a big bike shop..cept compact. People really know what they are doing/talking about. One of the only bike shops that arent half filled with road bikes. You can get instruction in just about anything, even fixing ur bike, i think.

Customer Service

Customer service is pretty good. They call before they do anything that will cost more than u expected to pay.

in a town where you cant find any stellar mtn bike shops and you cant swing a dead cat without hitting a road shop -- these guys really get it. the shop is tiny but the inventory is stuff i simply cannot find anywhere else in town. and the advice and service i have gotten has been top notch. i wont take my bikes anywhere else for service.
