Overall a great shop. They have a good selection of parts and gear. Since there isn't a ton of business in the area for mountain biking their new bike selection is a bit limited. Lots of entry level bikes, the more expensive stuff needs to be ordered. The staff is very knowledgeable and all ride basically everyday. I have not rented a bike from them, so I would not the the quality of the rentals.

Customer Service

When I first went there back in 2008, the customer service was definitely far worse than it is now.

I've been up their a couple times in the last few weeks and the staff and owner have been very helpful. I was watching them repair a customers bike and noticed that they take their time and do it right. I wouldn't hesitate letting them work on mine.

They do seem a little more fond of locals, but I'm sure if you treat them with respect they will return the favor.

This has got to be one of,if not the best, local bike shops in the state. All the employees have ten or more years of expirience. They carry all the hottest brands in the industry and cater to all catagories of the cycling world. Their location in the rugged mountains around Leavenworth affords them the ability to sell and service the cutting edge of high end downhill and xc mountain bikes.

Customer Service

Besides having a "super hot" lange ski boot model to check your bike in for repair, You will soon find yourself and your bike being treated like a heart patient at harborview. Every repair I've brought to them gets repaired thoroughly but quickly. If I ever had a problem with the bike after repair they would fix the problem RFN while I waited. No Charge. If a person was ever running into dead ends with other shops this would be the place to check out.

To the person that had a bad experience with das rad haus. If you go into a "busy" shop looking for FREE anything, you should expect the buisness to take care of the people buying stuff first, then help you. If you can't handle that then expect the unexpected. "dumbass"

THE place to go for everything in the Leavenworth to Wenatchee area. Everybody who works there is a mountain bike junkie. If somethings broken they can fix it. If it's a part you need they always seem to have the right replacement.

Customer Service

These guys have always done everything they can to help my wife and I. They have gone way beyond the level of customer service I've received from any business, anywhere, ever. Often, the charges are so minimal we can tip the mechanic. The owner has great people skills and makes you feel like your business and riding enjoyment is important to him. I've often admired how he and his employees treat customers, especially when the shop is packed with people itching to get out riding.

I'm also very impressed with the enormous amount and variety of community service they do, from sponsoring events to leading rides and trail building and trail repair. Definitely a huge asset to the area. The only negatives I've found are, they are closed during ski season and don't carry many new XC/All Mtn bikes. Fortunately, I live near enough to Bellingham to fill in those gaps.

Excellent prices, good selection of parts, good selection of helmets and clothing, very limited selection of bikes. The shop seems mostly oriented at a DH client el, local service, quick tune up for weekend visitors and rentals.

Customer Service

Poor. Owner definitely has attitude. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I suspect the term "locals rule" is in effect. The only trail beta we were able to get came after a lot of prodding and multiple attempts to sell us a annual trail pass. This is opposed to another bike shop in town which has some ready made hand outs showing local routes.

The Bike we rented was not well maintained and in need of brake adjustment. It was an ordeal to get them to correct.

Even asking to use the bathroom was an ordeal. That petty!

Finally, his staff seemed pretty nice and pretty helpful, so have to give some points there.
