Huge selection, clean, easy to get to, lots of staff to help out. They have everything from the super small to the XL. Accessories galore to boot.

Customer Service

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. Richard was/is awesome. I came in looking for my first hardtail. Having just started mountain biking I had many questions and he was super patient and understanding of my rookie stature. I am a big guy (6'6" 250lbs) so I have special needs as far as a frame size is concerned, construction and quality of components. Richard guided me through every step, found a great fit and I believe to be the best bike for the buck. I have been riding it for almost a month now and thanks to Richard I am hooked. Without his knowledge, expertise and suggestions I may not have found the right bike and not have enjoyed my first MB buying and riding experience. I didn’t feel pressured so I know the staff isn’t just out to get your money and send you on your way. I believe they are in it to satisfy the customer and make rookies into experienced riders thus creating repeat business. This isn’t to say I haven’t purchased smaller components else where when I’m not in North Spokane but if in the area you better believe I stop in. I will specifically go see Richard for all big purchases, such as a full suspension bike down the road and sooner then that an upgrade on my Fork.

This shop is a riders shop. Road or mountain they do it all. They are the one shop in Spokane that keeps enough help on staff to cover everybody's needs. From $400.00 Gary Fisher's to $10,000.00 Serotta's they have something for everyone.

Customer Service

The customer service is honest and straight forward. If you bring a piece a crap in they will tell you. They won't just try to work on it to get your money. They back up there products and work 100%. They work for the customer not the bike company. Ask yourself how important this is when your frame cracks.

When a customer takes a bike in for service the question is asked " do you ride this bike or do you just want it fixed?" How you answer the question will decide how long your repair will take. As a person who rides my bikes I want it fixed fast and right.

I cant speak for everyone, but my experience at this shop was seriously lacking. I entered this shop trying to get my bent wheel trued. They informed me that it was beyond hope (untrue, I had it trued by another shop and it is near perfect). I was informed that my only hope was to either buy a $70 wheel or a new bike altogether.

Customer Service

When I entered, Scott did greet me, but that is where the warm fuzzies end. After taking one look at my bent wheel, he informed me that it was broken and was beyond repair. The entire time he treated me as if I was below him. He attempted to sell me a new wheel that was more expensive than what I Paid for the bike, and when I balked at that, told me I need a "real" bike anyway. I told him that I was really interested in losing a few pounds and was not looking to spend thousands. He said "Try Weight Watchers". Now to be fair, he may really like weight watchers, but I find that comment to be un-called for.

The Tech, William was quite nice and apologetic and origionally was willing to look at it, but was cut short by the unwanted sales pitch.
so William, Thank you.

I cannot however reccomend this shop, I work in customer service and everthing Scott did raised my hackles.

Buyer beware!!!!
