Galbraith mountain is only minutes from our store front, world famous North Shore is less than an hour to the north in British Columbia, and miles of beautiful mountain roads abound for road cyclists. There is something here for all abilities.

I've dealt with Fanatik of and on for ~ 3 years, including parts for a couple of high end carbon builds. On a recent road trip to Canada, they went above and beyond to help me out with some logistics issues, which I found surprising, as the money I have spent there, while not insignificant, was over the course of a couple of years. In 40 years of dealing with bike shops, they are the only one to ever impress me with Customer Service. Jadyn does a great job, and I'll be calling them for parts for my next build.

Good all arounder shop that caters to everyone from the downhill/freeride crowd, to the local commuter. Nice presentation; great, open showroom in their new location.

Customer Service

Awesome. Most of the people there recognize me right away, and they're always helpful. This really shines for me because I haven't spent an extravagant amount of money or time there. They usually have good tips or tricks if you have questions, and they steer you in the right direction when looking at parts, protection, etc, that is geared toward your riding style.

I have only had my bike worked on there once, but I will be going back again, because they had the opportunity to sell me expensive parts/fixes, but didn't...serviced the existing parts, put her back together and gave me a call right away.

I also enjoy going in there, because I don't feel looked down upon for not being hardcore. Not an intimidating atmosphere at all.

One other note; they do special orders like everyone else, but here's the thing...they actually call you right away with the thing you ordered has arrived (or give you a courtesy jingle when they find out it's on back order).

This is an all-around great shop. The guys are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It's not the "car-salesman" atmosphere that many bike shops have, but a local joint with every part I ever need.

somebody please educate these people!
Expect to be treated as a total stranger after spending thousands of dollars at this shop! no matter how often you visit, you're still a stranger to them.

spend your precious money elsewhere!
These guys don't deserve a single penny from your pocket!
Don't even bother checking out this shop since there're many others in town 'Jack's Bikeshop, Fairhaven Bikeshop, DNZ bikeshop'

SIMPLY THE WORST BIKE SHOP IN TOWN PERIOD

First off, they don't seem to know how to greet customers with a little smile(can this be that hard?? i don't get it)

Next, the guy who's in charge of email response doesn't know how to read.

Here's my recent shopping experience at this F****** bikeshop.
I subscribed for their news letter, i got their email saying that they're having annual sale from Oct.1st.
Since I live in Vancouver,Canada and had a business one day prior to this day,so i emailed them to see if they can give me 'THE SAME DEAL'(annual sale). Surprisingly, they said they would make an exception for me, so i walked into the shop on the day as promised.
Guess what! this guy(named J**yn) i talked to was gone for the day, and other guys didn't care what he promised me, and said "he shouldn't have said something like that in the first place"
you can still shop here if you don't care about customer service at all.

I've been to this shop serveral times this year and spent hundreds of dollars on my accessaries(two of fiveten shoes, mtb gloves, etc.) here so far, and they don't value or appreciate my business at all.
Maybe they don't want any business with people from CANADA!
I've been to other bike shops (Jacks bike,DNZ,Fairhaven bike)in Bellingham, they all were as nice as other bikeshops, but NOT THIS F****** bike.

Ive got my two mtb shoes, gloves, other accssaries from here
Spent hundreds of dollars at this shop.

This is a review based on my online dealings with Fanatik Bike whilst getting a new frame built up with individually specd components.

Customer Service

I have only positive things to say about Fanatik Bike's quality of service. This is due largely in part to the individual (Jadyn) whom I dealt with over a 1 month span. Questions through emails were answered promptly, sometimes even within minutes, prices were matched where possible and alternative suggestions offered if an item was unobtainable. All throughout, the experience was hassle free, expedient and personal. Without a doubt, I will definitely do business with Fanatik again. A solid 2 thumbs up!

they have tons of parts and frames, but alll of the stock is very overpriced, for example, i bought RaceFace atlas bars at DropnZone for $55 then went to fanatik to find that they charged $80 for the same product!

Customer Service

They take a longgg ass time to repair anything, and when i took my forks to be rebuilt, they took 5 days, charged me $100 and i had to get them rebuilt again a week later because they had used the worng tools to dissasemble them and tore up the internals

id rather go to another shop such as Dropnzone or even jacks for repairs/parts, i only go to fanatik to get specific parts that i know no other place has

Twice now I've been in Fanatik, once for a small adjustment I was a little unsure about, and once for a small piece of hardware. Both times the mechanics dropped what they were doing, threw my bike up on the rack, and had me back out the door in 10 minutes with no charge. I will certainly be giving them my business from now on.
