They are a smaller shop, but they seem to carry most of the basics that you need. They are great if you have people in town to rent bikes, and (at least the cottonwood location) is close to a lot trails. They don't carry as many brands as other shops, but are competitively priced, and seem to be fairly knowlegable on the products they carry.

Customer Service

They have a good group of guys who fix the bikes there. There is one guy with red hair that is pretty good, and another guy named Brian that is excellent. Ask for him and he will steer you to what you need, whether they have it or not, which I really appreciated. I've always left satisfied when I went in there.

Pretty good shop I think. If you are really a gear head there may not be enought selection for you. If your looking to rent and/or buy some basics I recommend it over the other shops in the area.

This bike shop does not have the customer's best interest in mind. They will promise to do things that they won't follow through with and they are too lazy to find the right information for you when you call them. If you buy a bike from them, expect that you might have to waste time taking it back because important details (like brakes) get overlooked.

If you are in Ogden and are looking for a bike...no need to waste your time coming into canyon...the bike selection is minimal at best...they have about 12 bikes (TOTAL) for adults and the rest little bikes for tots. One or two marins and a handful of diamondbacks nobody wants anyways...dont waste your time.

Customer Service

Its fair. Nothing to brag about.

I've heard good things about the repair shop...but nothing first hand.

This store should probably give up on bikes. They don't have a very good selection, the few brands they do have are almost identical in spec and style. The mechanic is nice and knowledgeable, but I don't need a mechanic. If you need a part you'll probably have to order it, if they do have what you need expect to pay top dollar for a several year old product. Example they had a 2004 XT crankset still priced for full retail in 2007.

Customer Service

Nice people, but not terribly current on the cycling industry. Only talk to the mechanic, the rest of the people there will pretend they know what they are talking about.

If you need a tube, or other 'convenience' item after 6, when most shops close, this is probably the place to hit. Unfortunately there isn't another shop in Ogden that is any better.

Does not have the largest selction due to it being, a specialty department mtn. shop, however a good stop to make.

Customer Service

Ask for Jeff, he's a hell of a nice guy, and knows what he's talking about, even better knows what he's doing!!
