Well, I really like cycling and cyclists in general but sometimes I meet an individual who makes me ashamed to be counted as a member of the same sport. Robert is one of those people

Customer Service

Can't understand the negative reviews. My wife shopped around for cyclocross bikes and R & N Bicycles had the best price. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He gave us a half hour of his time to adjust the saddle to make it as comfortable as possible. I was really impressed with the place. I really think the other reviewers are unfair to rate it straight ones.

Not such a bad shop, not a good shop, just kind of there. I liked the guy running the place. charged too much for old junk that he even admitted had been donated to him

Customer Service

Mr. Jensen, if you have a problem you should come and talk to me. I'm pretty sure I can make it right. What do you have to lose?

Please don't waste your time and money at this joke of a shop. The owner is a hippie who will tell you one price to fix your bike then charge double (on top of taking double the estimated time) when you come to pick it up. My experience with him (as well as countless friends I've talked to) is that he is a bipolar con artist only out to make a buck. I wanted my old road bike to be changed to a single speed. He assured me it would be under 100 bucks to fix. When I came to pick it up he had done "extra stuff" (the addition of cheap grip tape (I intended to leave my bars bare) and "greased up" the bike). He claimed to have adjusted the bike as well. He then proceeded to hand me a bill of 220. I naturally laughed at him and said I'm not paying that. You would think a volcano had erupted. He started cursing said he was gonna sue my ass and also dropped some racial slurs about me stealing the bike (my father is Hispanic). I pulled out my check book and wrote a check for 200 dollars which I didn't have and rode my bike home. It skweaked the whole way.

Small shop with a variety of commuting gear, have to agree that the owner is is a joke, but not a bad place to stop for tubes and a laugh.
