This place is unlike any other bicycle shop I have seen in Texas; extremely knowledgeable owner Ben Hayes runs a really cool and laid back shop, almost feels like your cool uncles place.

Customer Service

Everyone is helpful and easygoing.

Very dark and drab it is hard to see when your in the shop.

I dropped my bike off for a basic tune up the back wheel needed to be trued and the back brakes needed to be adjusted. I was told it would be $40 by the owner Ben Hayes. When I picked it up it was 48.60 he charged me $5 more to have the wheels trued and the brakes adjusted. First off I noticed that the brake cables had been tightened so much I could not get the wheels off. I went back in and had them adjust it. When I got home I took my bike out for a ride. The back wheel had not been trued and was rubbing against the brake pad. It had just as bad a wobble as when I took it in there. Then I noticed the rear derailleur was adjusted improperly and kicking the chain up a gear. Pretty much my bike was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The person who paid for it for me (it was a Christmas gift) called up and talked to the owner and said what had happened and was told to bring the bike up and they would look at it and work on it or give my money back. So I took my bike up there. They came out and got it from me with out saying a word and took it in the back. The owner told me to come back in the service area. He looked over my bike and said there was nothing wrong with it. I told him that the wheel was out of true and he said that there was nothing wrong with it. The more I disagreed with him the more he got angry and pissy. He became very sarcastic and made me feel like I was full of sh*t. I was very polite to him and never got angry or an attitude with him once. He did give my money back to me but very begrudgingly he never once apologized. That is the only reason I am giving the shop 2 chilies and not 1. I will not be going to bluebonnet again.

This a great shop. The owner, Ben, is very knowledgable and is ALWAYS there. He rides both road and mtn so he has practical knowledge and won't try to talk you into buying stuff you don't need. Like a full suspension bike in Texas.

Customer Service

It depends on who you talk to in the shop. They're all really helpful, but Ben, Daniel and Richard have the knowledge. Scott, master wrench, is gone.

AWESOME BIKE SHOP, BEST IN NORTH DALLAS

Customer Service

The Best, I love this place, but I have moved and don't get to the shop as much as when I lived in Denton, there are 2 bike shops in Denton but Bluebonnet is worth the drive.

Good selection of bikes in all price ranges. The shop offers a good balance of road and mountain bikes. Sales staff is very helpful and understanding of those on a budget. You tell them what you can spend and they will give you the best bike for your price range.

Customer Service

they have good customer service. They helped me out with a rear derailleur issue. They had it fixed in less than five minutes and didn't charge a service fee.
