I rode there to get a bike fit and it started to pour down snow. I was on the phone with them at least five times on the way up telling them I was driving slow and they said they'd wait on me. When I got there, they were closed! He also ripped me off price wise when I bought my bike and I swear he's an alien, we need to call in the men in black on him. Where's will smith and tommy lee jones when you need them

Yes, this place is mainly about road bikes. I went there to get myself a new roadie in spring 2012. The crew there is really nice and highly knowledgeable... more so about road bikes/biking but they know everything they need to about MTB. Glen fit me to my road bike like some kind of bike whisperer, never felt better. I've since sent two of my buddies in to get MTB's. They were taken care of really well, totally positive experience for them, good deals and fit.

Customer Service

Like I said, pretty nice people and they know how to set you up. They gave me 20% off anything else in the shop when I bought my bike (which was an INSANE deal by itself.) They take a good chunk off MSRP on new model year bikes and really slash the older stuff they have in stock... like my roadie. I'm hoping they have a left-over 2012 carbon Spark 29er next spring for me heh. Regardless, my next MTB will come from them.

The sheer volume of bikes they have on the floor and in boxes in back is overwhelming. But the place definitely has a cluttered feel which I don't like.

As mentioned by others save your money and go elsewhere. Like TREK OF PGH. I had bought a scott road bike from them and was going to swap the crank for a new one, as it had bent somehow. Well i was told it wasn't going to be much and it was going to be an easy switch as they had the part in stock. I got a crank with scratches on it and was heavier than what I had; along with this it had smaller crank arms, only about half in inch!! So they thought I wouldn't notice spinning like a hamster and going nowhere... when i first started I wasn't sure how to change a tire, took them two days to change one and they wouldn't tell me how to... Save your money go somewhere else that has a more personal and sensible touch

Shop has gone from decent MTB inventory to mostly road bikes. They're not to expensive on most parts, but they are EXCESSIVE in labor costs. There's enough good bakeshops in the area that they're worth avoiding.

Customer Service

Decent customer service when I bought my bike there, they were the closest shop too me and they matched the best price i could find around town. However, i've taken my bike in for several tune ups and repairs. They failed to call me when it was done ( i called them and they're like oh yeah its been done for 2 days). Not a big deal, but it really sucks when you want to ride.

Also, I've taken my bike in for a minor problem, some chain slip. They replaced the cassette and the chain but charged my $10 to install the cassette, and another $10 for chain resizing! Give me a break, that takes 30 seconds, especially of you just cut it to the same length as the old one.

In my experience it might be a nice place to by a road bike, but their ridiculous customer service and labor prices has sent me to other bike-shops for my Mountain Biking needs, I would Not recommend this place to friend.
