This is a nice shop that has bikes in all pricen ranges. I dont think you will find cheap dept store parts here, its all quality stuff here that is made to "work", You get what you pay for. They are always happy to sit and explain and answer my questions. I did by my bike there, also.

Customer Service

They almost always take my bike in and do what they gotta do ,when I bring it in. Bo is a great mechanic, Gary is super nice and gives excellent advice. My entire family has just got into this sport and we trust BCB

They do have a lot of products and people on the floor and they were professional. I would just be wary that they seem to want to move product more and faster than they need to.

Customer Service

I just bought a $6k bike here and, while I felt the staff was knowledgeable and the bike will ultimately be ok, I'm rather annoyed that I'm already having issues with my new wheelset. The front wheel must have been hastily assembled to the bike; I flatted the front tire with less than 15 miles on it because a spoke poked through the wheel tape inside the wheel and caused the tube to tear. My local bike store found the problem Asap and corrected it or I would have kept flatting and never known why. I went out of my way and into another state to go to Bucks County bikes because they had in stock what I wanted or could build me what I needed. I won't go back there now with all likelihood, especially considering that I feel they do hasty work, for the little things that keep bike stores in business.

This shop has a great selection of all types of bikes and have deep knowledge and staff expertise in multiple categories. I was a hybrid rider who started mtbing and they totally set me up with a great product and service plan.

Customer Service

They state that customer service is their focus and they are not kidding around. When a customer comes in they drop what they are doing and focus on their needs. If they are busy with another customer they'll lean over, acknowledge you and get right over as soon as possible. They explain in detail everything they are doing whether it is the product you are buying or the repair or tune on your bike. Every time I get out of there I feel like I know a little more then when I came in. Above all that, they are very fair with their pricing.

Shop is well stocked.

Customer Service

I didn't get the service others spoke of in their reviews. I stopped by around 4:00pm to purchase a bike and the rep (owner?) who assisted me seemed to have something else to do or something else on his mind. "Hello! Excuse me! I have a question!" There was no one else shopping at the time but there were other employees in the store.

I used the bike on a bike path two times the first month and noted the back tire kept losing air. I stopped by the shop and the tech took a look. He said there was a small metal chip "inside" the tire that had nicked the tube. I was charged for the tube replacement. I still disagree with that. Seems to me that a small piece of metal was more likely to have already been inside the tire when it was assembled, than for it to have gotten inside while I was riding on a bike path.

I may be shopping around for another bike store. This one disappointed me.

I took my nearly 20 year old bike in for a few minor repairs and was not very impressed at first. The kid who helped me out when I brought the bike in was trying to get me to do everyting under the sun to it. I told him what I wanted and that was all. When I picked up the bike the parts that were used for the repairs were actually better quality than the originals. The bike was in perfect working order. The service manager (who was much more socialble than the kid) assisted me when I picked it up. It took only a few days to get it reapired. I will go back because the repair costs were NOT that expensive and the workmanship was there to back it up.

Both my wife and myself have bought bikes from here and won't go anywhere else. They are very good at fitting you to your new bike and will take as much time as needed. I just bought my new Fisher and couldn't be happier.

Customer Service

Awesome service, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good selection

Customer Service

Disappointing. They improperly installed the toe clips so they fell off the first time I rode uphill, installed a broken computer (admittedly, I supplied it, but they installed it knowing it was broken, and, of course, charged me for the installation. Why not call me and say it was broken? I would have bought a new one from them to install!), and charged me for a part that I noticed was bent before my first ride($5. Couldn't just throw it in? Had to accuse me of breaking it myself?)

My biggest complaint, however, is that this all came with a healthy dose of snotty attitude. I visited three times, spending $ on all sorts of accessories, and got the 'tude every time. Thanks! I should get the one star rating for patronizing your store.

Great inventory of all style bikes and parts. And what they dont have, they can order very quickly. I was able to order a bike in a 2 day turn around.

Customer Service

Exceptional customer service in a no rush atmosphere. The owner Scott is very knowledgeable and spends the extra time to make sure your getting what you want. Even offered me a road soda while waiting for my bike to be built.

This is a great shop expanding and making it better all the time...They stock alot of parts, even more bikes, and can get anything you need in a short amount of time. They take the time to explain products and rides to make you learn each time you go there.

Customer Service

Great service. always a phone call away and will help over the phone on self repairs and on the spot service for things to hard for the average rider. They make sure to take care of every person who comes in to the best of there ability.
