Great bunch of guys who really know there stuff and have the patience to answer all the questions you pose them, even by email. Not a big shop, but a good selection of mostly high end bikes and equipment. I highly recommend Cyclepath and will be sure to turn to Bill & co. for my next setup.

Customer Service

Great customer service, including by phone or email, if necessary. I had a few minor issues with my Titus Moto Lite, but they were quickly resolved. Great recommendation on a cyclocross bike, as they didn't hesitate to swap out parts for me without additional charge.

Edmonton Alberta is certainly not within walking distance to the shop, but I have dealing with Bill & Co. almost exclusively for my biking needs for
some time now. From picky high-end wheel builds to odd coloured anodised parts, they always come through.

Customer Service

The customer service is second to none. Even when there is barely enough time to answer the phone, care and patience is shown and good advice dispensed when I require it.

Similar Products Used: It is this kind of service that forges a bond of trust and loyalty with customers. The flashy or bulk on-line shops may offer a cheap price here and there, but they just can't match what the character and personal care that a shop like this has to offer.

These guys consistently go above and beyond to fulfill my every cycling need and I love them for it! They handle my full suspension, custom steel cross bike, beat old fixie commuter and carbon road ride with equal love, attention and ease. And they handle my nagging questions, constant special order needs and home mechanic screw-ups with the utmost patience (for which I cannot thank them enough!).

My favorite part about Cyclepath if going there for their specialty - custom bike builds. Pick your chassis and the sky's the limit. They can have it painted, anondized or bead blasted by the best in the business-and they stock many of the best in the frames and all the best in parts and components. They will walk you through the parts selection process with patience and seemingly endless enthusiasm. My sense is that if they weren't working here, they'd be in some one else's shop geeking out over the same stuff! What you end up with is priceless - a bicycle that's totally unique and totally yours. No off the shelf big box crap. You end up with a bike (in my case bikeS) that beg to be ridden...ridden hard and, of course, repaired with upgraded parts...;)

Anyway, if you're looking for a different approach to bikes, I HIGHLY, HIGLY recommend that you check Cyclepath. I don't agree with the other reviewer that they're elitist. They just prefer to stock and sell things that they believe in, rather than high-margin low-value crap. They want you to be happy so that, like me, you will return and buy more bikes and spread the word and keep this tiny shop in business. Well I'll do my part gladly. If that's elitist than count me in as a member of the cycling elite!

Customer Service

The best in Portland, far and away!

These guys consistently go above and beyond to fulfill my every cycling need. They handle my full suspension, cross bike, beat old fixie commuter and carbon road ride with equal love and attention. Whether I'm hammering to work or racing I know these guys and their obsession with mechanical detail are behind me all the way.

Of course the real fun begins when you move past the basics and into their specialty - customization. Pick your chassis and the sky's the limit. They can have it painted, anondized or bead blasted by the best in the business. They will walk you through the parts selection process with patience and seemingly endless enthusiasm. My sense is that if they weren't working here, they'd be in some one else's shop geeking out over the same stuff! What you end up with is priceless - it's totally unique and totally yours. No off the shelf big box crap. You end up with bikes that beg to be ridden...ridden hard and, of course, upgraded! (More fun for a junkie like me...)

A small shop stuffed full of mostly high-end bikes and products. They sell Moots, Titus, Scott, and a few small company bikes.

Customer Service

I have had mixed reviews. I was discouraged from leaving my bike once because they were so back up. That shocked me! Hire another wrench and NEVER turn down business. Geeze! Business 101.

Similar Products Used: Decent shop if you like to spend lots of money on high-end stuff. They do have an internet list that is nice for finding some bargains though. Nice guys! No doubt. A bit bike elitist but oh well.

This is the best shop I have ever been too. Seriously. It is not the largest shop, but it is packed with goodies, with gems hidden in every nook. If they don't have what you want, they can order it and have it generally within 3-5 days. It is impressive. They have diverse backgrounds ranging from BMX to downhill to road. I think they are somewhat underestimated a major freeride shop in the NW. I go there for everything. I have had them piece together/work on BMX bikes, jumping hardtails, and full downhill rigs. Their collective knowledge swamps any other shop. There are like the best BMX/freeride/dh/road shop out there. They just love bikes, and people who love bikes. They don't discriminate towards any group, except maybe unicycles and anything Specialized... But they live cycling, so I suggest you to give them a call and introduce yourself, because they are a crew worth knowing. Plus Joshua can do no-handed wheelies, so that alone is worth checking out.

Customer Service

When ever I go into a bike shop, I ask questions and expect the staff to know way more than me. Until Cyclepath, I never was entirely satisfied. Bill, Joshua, and Mike are bike geniuses. Guaranteed they know more than you, but wont make you feel like a dummy if you are really rookie. They take their time, never push, and always ask what it is you are looking for. You always get what you want, they make sure of that, even if it looks hideous.

Similar Products Used: I have been a Cyclepath customer since Bill was in his mom's basement, and was always amazed with the low prices, tidy store space, and extremely helpful selling style. Seriously, they are almost always as cheap or cheaper than online stores, so support the local shop, because there is really only one you need to go to. Cyclepath has jerseys too, so you too can proudly support the best shop in the NW. Seriously the 5 chilli rating does them no good, they deserve a platinum service score... no, a diamond one, cause that is like 10 times as good. So I give them 10 diamonds.

I like Cycle Path. Bill and the guys are helpful; however, make no mistake, this a bike snob headquarters. I was in there the other day looking for a 29er wheelset. Bill brought out a $900 Industry Nine wheelset. Yaw, right, that isn't happening anytime soon. He also told me Litespeed doesn't make good bikes amymore since American Bicycle took them over. Kind of silly. Hoewver, their collection of great bikes is sensatiional but bring the gold card or have some extra dough. A true bike elitist dream shop.

I had some cables replaced once. They were too long, so I had to shorten them. Otherwise, a good job. Check it out.

Customer Service

Great! They are very helpful.

I've been purchasing parts/bikes and using this shops technical services since the day it was run out of the basement of the founders house and to this day I get the same great service as back in the beginning. There's no other shop in the area that delivers what they do and the only thing that could make the shop better would be to add an espresso machine. But then I'd never leave...
