A small shop stuffed full of bikes, bike parts and all kinds of other goodies. In regards to their bike selection they carry only high end rides but a good selection. As for the other things such as helmets and bike parts and accessories they have a rather good selection and if they dont have it in stock they will have it for you in a matter of days.

Customer Service

A nice group of guys who are very friendly and will help you with anything from selecting and sizing a new bike to recommending a certain part as they are avid riders themselves.

Everything about this shop is great but their only fault is the high end selection of bikes and not any less expensive models. However this is a shop for the more experienced and competition minded cyclists.

Shop has trained mechanics that do a good job,the wait can sometimes be long to get your bike back and the prices typical to high for a bike shop.Good selection of merchandise.

Customer Service

It is amazing this place is still in business. It must be the location and not the service. I recieved good workmanship on my bike granted only after hearing a mouthful about how old my bike is and pretty much made feel like crap. My bike is a 2000 and they told me at the shop I should just buy something newer,7 months later I call about a question to have something fixed and the guy there says" Oh that old!" WTF,the bike cost 1500 7 years ago and apparently to them bikes have advanced so much since then they claim, and I felt guilty for owning it? If you don't walk in with a new bike that cost over 2000.00 they will pretty much make you feel like crap.2 out of 2 times on 2 bikes this has happened and I am finding another cannondale shop around.

If it wasn't for the mechanic making me feel as big as an ant and putting down both bikes I own and brought into them,I would say they are a descent shop. But who wants to feel bad about there bike they ride on weekends and isn't some pro who rides every day has the newest gadgets? Customer service is very important to me.
