Strength:

Super awesome workers who know what they are talking about. Their bike selection is unrivaled in Minnesota, Santa Cruz, yeti, rocky mountain, and more. I had spent months trying to find a bike, but they were able to get in and purchase a Santa Cruz tallboy before any other bike shop could.

Weakness:

Their website doesn't show much which can make bike shopping more of a hassle if you live further away from the bike shop.

I visited the midtown location to rent a road bike to ride on the greenway. The shop was a little sparse (it's not their main location) and I was a little disappointed that the shop didn't have any high-end bikes to demo/rent. The coolest part of the midtown bike center was the availability of lockers and showers on site and its proximity to the greenway (out the door and you're on the path).

Customer Service

Customer service was awesome - I visited the main location and was directed to the midtown location where I was taken great care of. The wrench there had my pedals installed, fixed me up with a wedge pack and tool and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. When I returned the bike, I was a little late, but the guy that rung me up took care of me on the price too. A far cry from the place I rented from in Aspen. Great facilities awesome service.
