New bikes at MSRP. Brands are Trek, Specialized, and other name brands. Clothes. Accessories.

Customer Service

I brought my 7 thousand dollar bike there, and they broke the frame. Specifically, they broke the front derailleur hanger. Communication through this event was poor. To get my bike back, they made me pay not only for parts ... but for labor ...which I thought was ridiculous as I was paying them for their time to break my bike. Additionally, they replaced the bottom bracket (was this even necessary?). When I brought my bike to a reputable shop to get it repaired, they informed me the bottom bracket cups were put in backwards. Zero stars for service.

Prices for new bikes are retail MSRP.

Although I bought my bike there, I dont really ever go back for anything other to check out their prices, which as mentioned before are too high. The service is slow, and Jeff the service guy pretty much ignores you if you have a question. There are way better mechanics in a competetive store not to far away (Barneys). Barneys also encourages diy by helping with tool choices and tips.

This shop has something for everyone. The only problem I have is that there are so many guys name Eric. I can't keep track of who's who. One guy named Eric looks like he could break some power lifting records if he started using HGH and anabolic steroids. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see him.

Customer Service

Besides having some of the sweetest baby blue eyes, the shop manager, Jeff, is an all round nice fellow. He's helped me out on numerous occasions. There's an other mechanic, Ken, who's excellent at bending steel, doing the custom jobs that not every mechanic is capable of doing. Once I had a rim that was unridable, but after Ken smashed it against the wall a few time, amazingly it was straigt enough to ride.
As some other reviewers mentioned, some times service can be slow. This place can get swamped. I'm smart enough to know when they're in over their heads, and I don't expect as much.

The only problem I have with this shop is that there are so many guys named Eric. You never know which one is which. Other than that, this is a fine shop. This one mechanic Eric has a body, that if pumped up on HGH and Steroids, looks like it could break some power lifting records. You'll know what I mean if you see it. I agree with an other reviewer. Sometimes this shop can be really busy, and it may take some time to get waited on. Other than this, I feel this is a nice shop.

Customer Service

I was mesmerized when I first saw the blue eyes of the shop manager Jeff. He is very curteous and has always left me feeling that my needs were met. Also there is this amazing mechanic, Ken, that is great at bending steel and straightening things out. I had a rim that was so screwed up, but after Ken smashed it against the wall several times, amazingly it was ridable.

Though sometimes extremely busy, over the years these guys have been very good to me.

Customer Service

Not only is the shop manager Jeff extremely nice, but he's also pretty easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. Once I needed adviced on setting limit screws, and Jeff was very informative. He showed me a lot.

I think the one main reason I visit this shop so much is because of Jeff. He's so very nice and easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. Also, I like the fact that they trim their derailleur and brake cables. I hate it when I go into a shop and see that they've left the cables long. Right away that raises a flag. Trim them cables. What the hell do need to leave so much length for? It's stupid. It just gets in the way. That's a peave I have. Oh, Neal and Eric are also very kind gentlemen.

this shop is awesome. these guys have always been there for me. I had a shifting issue and they took it in at lunch time and fixed it free of charge. what else could you ask for. the prices are def msrp however they do have great deals alot of the time and i don't mind spending more money for a part there because I know they will always take care of me when I go in for anything. I recomend everybody I know intrested in a bike to go there. Dan has been awesome with me and infact everybody there is always willing to help me and my friends when we go in. Also most of the time when I go in they have all the parts i am looking for in stock. I know alot of other shops that you have to order everything. so overall I just can't say that i have any complaints.

Lot's of gear and bikes

Customer Service

Unacceptable - I bought a $4000 bike there and they wouldn't even throw in a bottle cage and they wanted to charge me $5.00 for a clear sticker kit to protect the frame from cable rubs. To add insult to injury, the rear shock blew within one month of purchase,(FOX Septune -FOX is in a whole other league when it comes to lousy customer service). I brought it back to the shop and they wouldn't even give me a loaner shock while they sent the blown one to FOX....8 WEEKS and most of the summer later, the shock finally was returned and this shop wanted to charge me $50 for putting a seal kit in. Anybody who spends the kind of cake that I did would find this absolutely unacceptable.

Don't get me wrong here, the guys behind the counter actually working on your bike are good but the managers are a bunch of .....you get the picture. The bean counters are managing this shop not the cyclists.

I tell everyone that I know who is considering buying a bike to steer clear of this place. I infortunately did not get this advice until after I had bought several bikes there. Yup, they made one last sale on a really expensive bike but they lost a customer and every person that he talks to for life. Sorry guys, when one spends a lot, you expect a lot. You had nothing.
