This bike shop has a wide variety of bikes on hand. So whether you are just looking for a bike to take a Sunday ride or you are looking for specialty bike like maybe a cape cruiser, a road worthy racer, or even a mountain bike, you will be sure to find a bike that will fit your needs.

Customer Service

Terrible, terrible, terrible... call them and try to order a part for a bike or fork, and they won't call you back. Even going in there and asking them to order you the parts you are needing will net you the same result. Seriously... if they are not going to install the part, look else where because this shop will not be willing to help you. Also if you are needing to warranty some part, Shimano, Sram, don't go there because they will try to make you believe that Shimano, Sram, etc, etc... will most likely not cover the warranty, when I have found that not be true. And yes, I am speaking from personal experience, this bike shop has terrible customer service. Yeah... if anyone of the people that works in there worked for me, I would have fired them along time ago.

If you are shpping for a new bike and don't mind traveling a little further out, I would recommend you visit Scottee's Bicycle in Westport, MA, or go into Providence, Rhode Island, and check out Providence Cycles, or East Providence Cycles, because I have found those (3) shops to be very customer friendly.

The shop is fine, they seem to have an abundance of choices for the weekend cyclist, like me, to more enthusiastic riders.

Customer Service

My customer experience here was awful. I went into the store on a quiet day, and there were no other customers waiting. I wanted to try a couple of single speed bikes in the 600 to 800 dollar range.
The salesperson was friendly, but not attentive to my needs ,wants, and couldn't answer my simple questions. I wanted to test ride a bike, told him i needed the seat adjusted, and he couldn't bother to get a wrench so I could try out this bike at the proper height. It seems that some bike places are willing to put you into whatever size bike is on the showroom floor. Apparently, they didn't want or need my patronage.

I have been to 3 bike shops so far, and i haven't encountered this issue at the other shops. They can have my business.

I am currently looking for a lbs that has pretty much everything i need. I have been to a few, and by far Bikeworks is the best. I went there about a week before x-mas. They are my choice for my needs. Honestly my bike was built by me, from parts sourced online. Other than the frame (fetish) I will be buying most if not all my parts from them. I dealt with Bob, and he was the most pleasent, no pressure, very friendly, saw my needs, and helped me with what i needed/wanted.

Customer Service

Once again top notch. I havent found any better!

Bob at BikeWorks is best described as a friendly, knowledgeable, and honest person. Bob will take his time to explain any questions that a newby or experienced cyclist may have. His experience and knowledge stems from years of racing and riding bikes as well as working at bike shops.

He does not discriminate from providing help and service to people that purchased a product from other stores. Bob has serviced my mountain bikes even though they were not purchased there.

BikeWorks has been crucial in supporting local cycling in the area. Group rides are available from the store on Saturday mornings catering to 3 different levels of riders.

BikeWorks helps to sponsor and support the local Swansea Velo Club in which Bob is in charge of. Within the club there are riders of all different levels and interests ranging from Cat 2 road racers to crosscountry mountain biking to triathletes.

Customer Service

Costumer service is provided by a knowledgeable staff which one is always greeted in a welcoming and inviting manner. Turn around time is quick and the work quality is 2nd to none. A promised turn around time is provided and has never been broken to me.
