I've been hanging out at this shop for four years now, Chris the original owner really got me into biking and got the shop off to a good start. The new owner Justin now sponsors me at local MTB races. I trust the owner and mechanic with all my bikes. Justin goes way out of his way to get know each and every customer just as well as sponsored riders. And hit him up for free nutrition at the Piney Hills Classic!

Customer Service

Justin is really helpful with new riders, getting them sized to their bike and great with service after the sale. Always has good deals on the latest bikes. Gradually getting more and more stock parts and bikes on the floor, it's been a slow process because it's a small shop, but it's becoming a full service bike shop that can get anything you need.

Cool little shop that is in a good location. The owner & the mechanic are both friendly & helpful

Customer Service

Always greeted when you walk in. the new owner keeps a good selection of bikes & some necessities on hand but can get parts in very quickly. Not much of a clothing selection but i get the feeling they are more geared towards selling & repairing bikes.

The shop has changed a lot since the previous owner.. Definitely the place to go to get your bike worked on! I gave it to him at 10 a.m. and he gave it back to me at 10:30.. Plus he is a great guy and is very knowledgeable!
Cant wait to do business with him again!!

Customer Service

I walked right in and asked a handful of questions. He gave me answers to all of my questions and even gave me advice on my cycle.. This place has the friendlist owner and I cannot wait to go back!

New owner Chris is pretty legit. He took the shop to another level...it's a place that you feel very comfortable just hanging out while you're waiting to get service. My favorite bike shop thus far...and I've been all over(CO, NC, TN, GA, LA)

Customer Service

If he doesn't have the part that you need in stock, he'll order it and it'll be there the next day.

Very fair pricing. I was expecting much worse from a shop that's so small.

I'm in Ruston a couple times a week. I'll drop in their shop from time to time to grab something. I'm usually just getting the basic stuff like tubes or whatever. The shop fits my needs.

Customer Service

The guys have always been friendly when I've been there. I've never had to go in there to resolve a problem, so I can't speak to that. I rate them a 4 out 5 only because I haven't really been in a situation requiring much more than somebody ringing me up at the register.

Small shop in a small college town. One of the best mountain bike trails in the southeast is located there so most of their traffic is mtn bikers. It is also a hilly area so they will stock mtn bikes and road bikes. There is no market for TT or tri bikes for that shop. Inventory is limited because there isn't going to be a lot of walk-in traffic for people shopping for bikes. If you want a bike, chances are you will have to order it. That's not unusual for any shop unless you you are in a large metropolitan area.

I have been too the shop twice now, once in may during the XTERRA and again recently during the Piney Hills Classic and I must say for a small shop I was very pleased. They only had about 25 bikes in stock but a good mix of basic parts and accessories. I came into town from Austin on Tuesday, broke my chain and bent my derailleur hanger on wednesday morning, by that afternoon i was back going. I stopped back in twice more before the race that weekend and was able to get everything that i needed.

Customer Service

The two guys that i dealt with in the shop were great, they seemed super busy with race traffic and even offered to stay late to fix my bike. I have been to larger shops and smaller shops, this one seemed to fit the town, i will be back in anytime i ride Lincoln Parish Park.

The guys in the shop are pretty easy to deal with. They are slowly getting there as far as inventory. I've gone in for a tune-up on my mtb and for rim tape/tubes for my road bike.

Customer Service

I have had great customer service and have heard of friends having the same.

I'm really glad they are in town. If the price isn't too different, I'd much rather spend my money locally. At first I wished they had a bigger road bike line, but I spend enough mtbing to do that too.

My first feelings about the new shop fell somewhere between the 2 previous reviews on here. The shop was definitley lacking in parts on hand but did get them ordered and in for me quickly. I thought that the guys in the shop, while certainly not the most knowledgeable, were extremely friendly and at least acted like they wanted to help me. I have been back to the shop a couple of times since and it seems that they are getting most of the kinks worked out.

Customer Service

very friendly guys.

A newer, essential shop in Ruston. Looks like they have mostly Kona mountain bikes and Electra cruisers, as well as Kelty backpacks and stuff. They also offer any bike service from, tube changes to full builds.

Customer Service

Good, not all parts were available on hand, but everything i needed was delivered next day. Staff was very helpful and i had my fixed bike back very quick.

Great shop, Ruston and Tech needed a shop close to campus. As long as your patient, I see no reason to drive to Monroe or Shreveport anymore!

msg me with any questions.
