I have been coming to this shop for a while now and love the layout of the store. I purchased a 2014 Tarmac from them and I am so happy with the purchase. they also lend me a demo to test for the weekend and very well appreciated. I have gone to most other bike shops and they are messy and not as welcoming as they are.

Customer Service

their customer service is excellent at both of their stores. they stock many parts and I always find something to take home. thank you guys

Good local for me, nice looking shop, good selection. You def get that "you belong" feeling and I saw lots of people in there who are on a first name basis with the staff, as am I now with my salesman.

Customer Service

For a begging rider, the options and pricing on a new bike can be pretty whelming. I visited other bike shops in the area but I didnt get the warm fuzzy feeling I got here. Cesar hooked me up with a very nice bike, made sure it was all set up properly for me, helped me pick out a helmet and accessories and gave me a nice discount on all that stuff. Broke the chain on my first ride, brought it in and they made sure to have it fixed for me right away. Top notch service, won't go anywhere else.

I am not too enthusiastic about the location. Beautiful looking store with up-to-date signs really look out place in the location. If they were located on Pines or Griffin I think they would definately find more buisness for people considering getting into the sport. Inside is well layed out set up pretty efficiently for the inventory which is fairly large. They do sell a lot of high end component lines and bikes which will be overwhelming to any recreational bike rider walkning in.

Customer Service

The people that I dealt with were very good, and concerned with assisting me in finding what I needed. When I was done with my buisness and was just looking around at what the store had to offer, there was one gentleman that put off the vibe of wanting just to sell me something and really didnt care about me or what I wanted. Hang around the bike scene long enough and you can pick those out pretty quickly and just avoid them as they wont try to work with you for anything. The one that assisted me got me first class service to measure up the seatpost size. Pulled out a Thompson Elite that I originally thought would be too much, but she asked if I was in any clubs and I said "No, only part of MTBR" and she gave me 25% discount off the seatpost marking it down to $75 anyways. I originally would not have bought it, but the service and friendliness justified me buying from them. After all, that seatpost price was competitive to what you'd find on eBAY.

I think most bike shops (bigger shops) have 1-2 people that hold the seller/customer bond together and there is always atleast 1 there that could care less and wont work with you that you just need to avoid. I say always talk to them first before a purchase to get a feel for the person, get on a first name basis if posible. It will only work twards a mutual benefit. Its harder for smaller bike shops to compete and usually they are limited on the inventory they can carry, but those are usually mechanics that seperated to "do it thier way" and will offer pro mechanic services but dont really know how to run the buisness. Go there for service and order your parts online.

My bike was assemble to the perfection, I do not have any complains, which usually you get from the shops because someone forgot to tie something, and they offer different configuration options to match my ride desires.

Customer Service

I got my Bicycle there and I was amazed about the excellent service, good advise and well stock store, great variety of products and good prices.

I would recommend the store to anyone that need service or needs a bike.

Only had dealings with the one in Sunrise. Good selection of bikes and the carry Orbea which was kind of nice since alot of stores don't.

Customer Service

Generally friendly although when more than one person is in the showroom its best just to leave because multi-tasking doesn't seem their strong suit. Gave them a bike to ship and they completely screwed it up and were unwilling to do anything to make it right. First, they couldn't get the bike packed by the time they said they would and second, they couldn't give the bike to UPS by their own revised deadline. Completely failed to see it as their problem and did not want to budge on the really expensive shipping fee, despite their own error. Kind of sleezy.

Went to this shop and was sold a diamondback because I wasn't really willing to drop big money and I hadn't gotten that into the sport yet. They are pretty good and customer is service is ok. The feeling I got from my salesman was that once the sale was complete he forgot my name and didn't really care about my satisfaction with the bike. I went back for numberous things and still he didn't remember. Pricing and selection here is great, I have to say. Although beware the sister store in Sunrise. I walked in there knowing prices and the guy tried to sell me a $3300 MSRP Stumpy Expert for $3500. And I ended up getting it elsewhere for $2800. Huge selection of colors, styles, brands, price range. Very cool place to go and "sample" bikes and look at them in person.

Customer Service

Customer service was ok. Was left feeling like an unknown, not like a "friend of the shop"...if that makes any sense. Every time I went in I felt like I was being "sold" something better or more. Nothing was "thrown in" here...every chance they get they charge and are not very good at follow up with the customer. Maybe an isolated experience but I ended up taking my business elsewhere where I felt listened to.

Huge selection, I've never gone in and not gotten what i needed.

Customer Service

Second to none, the staff at Big Wheels will make sure you leave with what you need, nothing more, nothing less. I wouldnt ever try another bike shop. Everyone that works there is a cycling enthusiast, and has first hand experience with all major bike componets. You wont regret checking this shop out.

I tried other bike stores in the area, and wont go back. No one does faster or better quality repairs.
