Great selection... (of course that means I bought a lot more than I came in for.. ha ha)

I would recommend the store to my friends... I had no idea how cool it was before going there.

Great group of people at this shop.Excellent customer service.

Customer Service

I took my Felt Redemption to see if they could fix a problem I've been having with ghost shifting for the last 8 months.Another shop, that will get slammed later couldn't fix it.I got a call the day after I dropped it off and the problem was corrected. It was a simple fix once he figured out what the other shop did wrong and for a very reasonable charge I was happy and back on the trail.

This shop is mainly a Trek Retailer with a huge selection of Trek bikes - both road and mountain. The shop also carries a very nice selection of clothes, helmets, shoes, and accessories (pretty nice stuff). Few shops have more bikes than this place.

Customer Service

The shop has a very nice mechanic's department in the rear of the store. They do a great job with tuneups, adjustments, and general maintenance. I have taken my road bike there for annual tuneups and occasional adjustments and I have always been pleased with the results. The sales people are not pushy - and they seem to know their stuff.

Sales people and mechanics are all riders, most of them very passionate. While the shop lacks the feel of a small personally owned shop where the owner is the chief mechanic, it is nice because they have so much stuff. Very often (like yesterday) they are able to make adjustments while you wait.

The store also has a nice on-line system where they can track your bike's tuneup history, telling you when you had your last tuneup, etc.

Lots of product, no service to sell it though.

Customer Service

I went into the Trek store on a Sunday afternoon totally excited to learn about Trek bikes, and hopefully make a new bike purchase. Unfortunately no one was willing to help answer my questions. I counted no less than 5 guys on the floor, I asked 2 of them for help on different occassions and no one came to aid. Finally after waiting for about 30 minutes for someone to help, I left. I guess this is the level of service, or lack thereof, when you go to a warehouse-like "superstore". I'll be looking for a small local dealer that wants to help and values my business, even if I do have to pay a little more.
