This is probably the worst online experience I have ever had. I placed my order at the begining of November 09 and all seemed well at the begining. I recieved confirmation on my order within hours of the order being placed. After three weeks of no further information I wrote an email asking for an update. As one of the items on my order was backordered I was given the oportunity to wait or process the order with what was in stock. I droped the one item and told them to go ahead with the rest of the order. We are now at the end of November. by the 3rd of Dec I was told that the order had shipped but never recieved a tracking number. I lost count on how many times I requested a tracking number but after that date, I recieved no further corrospondance from beyondbikes. I waited the customary 1 month for the order to arrive and after no success, I contacted my credit card company and began with dispute resolution. I recently recieved my money back and have still not recieved any further information from beyondbikes.

Customer Service

I coutld not tell you, they don't answer their phone, and stop all dialogue after they charged my credit card.

Pathetic business. As similar reviewers complained, they have no customer service. I waited 6 days after ordering online. No confirmation email, nothing. Checked my order status and still hadn't even gone through. Working on cancelling it asap and will not do business there again. Recommend being careful if you're in any sort of a hurry to get your stuff. Also be warned they open 10AM PST, which is already lunchtime in most of the country.

After several miserable interactions with this bike shop, I decided I would never do business with them again. Ever. I told them as much.

As luck would have it, I received a gift at Christmas that had been ordered from these guys. I have still not received it, and have absolutely.....never....ever....been able to get ahold of them. Their "your call is very important to us, an agent will be right with you" as a vicious joke.

Oh wait! They just answered the phone (after 25 minutes on hold on a Tuesday afternoon). Apparently, because they could not get the little gift that had been ordered for me, they simply cancelled the order. did they tell anyone? Were they apologetic? Nope.

Screw these guys.

Whatever else you believe, believe this. The absolute worst bike shop on teh West Coast is BeyondBikes. Four visits spanning 5 weeks, just to get some lube... no joy. No customer service, just a bunch of kids standing around, doing nothing, will not even talk to ya.

Just like all the others, I've had an item on order with them forever. They took my credit card info and then......[crickets chirping]. If one penny of a charge hits my card I will ride my 29er down to San Diego and, well, I can't put down in writing what I will do but it won't be pretty.

I've been waiting on an order, went to their web site and saw this...

"Through the week of January 25 to the 31st BeyondBikes will be relocating its warehouse facilities. Unfortunately during this time we will not be fulfilling any orders. In order to make this transition as fast and smooth as possible, all of our available employee resources will be redirected to helping us move our fulfillment center to its new location. Website is still fully functional and we will be honoring all orders placed. During this period our call center has also been shut down. This means that we will not be able to answer any phone calls until the transfer is complete. Any existing order placed between January 18th and January 31st have not been and will not be fulfilled until the move is complete. We are still taking orders via our website and will be filling them as soon as possible.

The team here at BeyondBikes would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause any of our customers. We at beyond bikes take customer service very seriously and understand that our customers are the reason for our success. Never been in person to the shop.

Customer Service

The online service used to be very good. They served my downhill needs well. HOWEVER, something has changed in the last several months. I had a stem on order last year that they were unable to sorce and eventually they dropped my order for it.

I was told two weeks ago that that particular vendor for the stem was a one man shop that couldn't keep up with demand. So I ordered another brand with the promse that I would see it in less than two weeks. Well now they dropped this order for me too.

I called the manufacturer of the first stem I wanted and he told me he stopped shipping to Beyond because they don't pay on time. So he hooked me up with two other shops that will fill my needs.

I think there is something really wrong with this business and they are on thier way out. I have been unable to make any contact with them via phone or email. Today the phone doesn't even go to thier answering system.

Beyond Bikes Sucks!
I was on hold for 2 hours and my phone died. Crap! soI called back and I have been on Hold for 2.5 hours. I placed an order on Friday and it has not shipped yet so I wanted to call and check on it. After being on hold for almost 5 hours I am going to cancel it if I ever get a human. Do not deal with these clowns.

What a joke! I have had plenty of time to write this review because I have been on hold for over 2 hours just to try and cancel my order. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and received a $15 part for $10 in shipping charges. Every item I purchased was said to be in stock and ready to ship. Well they took the liberty to ship the smallest item and charge me the full shipping amount( I guess they were going to ship the rest for that price?). Anyhow, 3 weeks later. No word. No e-mail and now I can not even get a hold of them on the phone to cancel the remainder of my order. You see, I have to call to cancel because if I e-mail them the order may still ship. Yeah OK! Stick with Jenson or one of the more respected online dealers.
