how many of you have ever been out on a riding adventure and you get the same old recommendations that you wouldnt even give your worst enemy to ride. Well Bike & Bean WILL NOT. We have been to Sedona 6+ years and have mostly stayed where our old bike shop told us to go - "Bell Rock Loop. If you can find Llama you can add in a fun singletrack". 2 years ago we did our home work and found Broken Arrow woohooo now we are on to something. Last year we did more research and linked in Baldwin Trail & Templeton. Bike & Bean blew our doors off this year Friendly Knowledgeable NICE. They listen to you and provide you with a great ride. A must stop for any enthusiast. Looking frwd to 2014!!!! Go Angels! Oak Creek Brewery a MUST!!!

So I just moved to Arizona and should have my bike in a week or so, but I can't wait and ended up renting a Blur LT from these guys. They were really eager to help get me and my girl on the trails and gave a ton of beta about some of the local trails to start out on.

Customer Service

These guys were really cool...talked to Chuy and Jim and they both gave some pretty decent feedback. We were also set up on the bike really quickly.

Gotta say - their prices are VERY reasonable when it comes to rentals, and the fact that they have some cold drinks waiting for when you return from your ride doesn't hurt. They also happen to be right across the street from one of the main trailheads in town.

The best shop in Sedona! They have the friendliest staff ever and are always willing to take a quick look and do a repair last minute. I've never had repairs be so cheap either!

A trip to Sedona is never complete without stopping in to see these guys!

Customer Service

Amazing service from repairs to trail selection. The best!

Friendly staff gave me advice on other trails to ride in the area (even though I didn't make a purchase). Shop sells bike gear and coffee and has a repair station and is located across the street from the Bell Rock Pathway that leads to some very nice rides.

Customer Service

I like the friendly staff.

Great location! Very close to a wide variety of great trails! They have all of the basic gear that you'd expect out of any bike shop anywhere. Their coffee is awesome, and you don't need to speak a different language to order.

Customer Service

These guys rock. Whether you just want a cup of Joe and a map, or buy a $5000 bike, you'll get treated just the same. They go the extra distance to make sure you'll have fun and be safe too.

As a local, I've been an on and off customer at many of the bike shops. When I found the Bike and Bean, I kicked myself for not going there in the past years. This is the best bike shop in Sedona.

The Fabulous Maureen and I rode Sedona couple of years ago & got good trail recommendations and service from Bike & Bean, so on Saturday we returned on vacation and stopped by for a chat.

Again, very attentive service and good trail recommendations from the owner/manager. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Customer Service

Had a good ride Sunday until my rear brake locked up. We dragged the bike over to B&B. Gonzo (the mechanic) put a couple of other bikes aside and rebuilt the brake while we waited. On Monday it worked better but not perfect so I took it back again. And this time he spent another hour on the brake (at no charge) and my bike was perfect today.

Truth is, I had also called a couple of other shops in the Sedona/Flagstaff area and got the usual big city fuzzy answers (we can get the parts on Tuesday, drop it off and we'll see, we got a backlog so it'll take a week, etc). Bike & Bean were the only ones that were really straight with me.

Small shop. Great location - ride at the head of major trail systems. Great coffee. Have all your BASIC needs covered for mountain biking.

Customer Service

The guys at Bike and Bean were fantastic!! They took plenty of time to tell us about the local trails and gave out free, detailed trail maps. The high-end rental bikes are excellent and well maintained. We rented for a few days and they tuned the bikes up every night. They also adjusted the shock pressure for each rider's preferences. Do not let their relaxed attitude fool you. They are a well-organized operation. A great bunch of guys who just love to ride. Thank you Bike and Bean!

The guys at Bike and Bean were fantastic! They were very helpful in explaining the best routes for us, had excellent high-end rental mountain bikes that were in good shape, took plenty of time to set-up the bikes for each of us (including shock pressure) and tuned the bikes up every night. They were very helpful and kind. Don't let their laid-back attitude fool you, they are well organized and just a great bunch of guys who love to ride. Thank you Bike and Bean!
Side note: we were NOT there during the peak season.

Wonderful location. It is just across the street from great bike trails.
Friendly and helpful employees.
The bikes we rented were not in good shape. The chain and derailleurs had problems and the shocks squeaked.

Customer Service

They were very helpful and spent a long time showing us trails nearby. Their advice on trails was great.
Unfortunately, they aren't as careful about the bikes. They didn't offer to help fit the bikes to us and the bikes were not i great shape.

If your going to rent a bike in Sedona, try other bike shops and look around for bikes in good shape. I don't suggest renting from Bike and Bean, but maybe their higher end bikes are in better shape.
