A smart ass set-up type of shop, extraordinary high priced for what it is. Poor selection of gear and bikes, mostlyTrek mid of the range! A couple of last years Pinarello's that they ask a fortune for, is that smart ass ignorance or what?

Customer Service

Customer Service? The staff is not friendly at all, the mechanics are rude and indicated. The selection of material is limited and at a very high price. I visited the shop 3 times, both of the time spent money and the last time I was so badly treated by the older bold mechanic that I am not returning ever, even if that implies travelling to Montana to buy a part!

Business, especially cycling shops in Calgary think they are somewhat especial, they are not, we paid an arm and a leg for the parts, bikes and services, most of the time they have no idea what they are doing

My advice - Avoid!

I had these guys build a set of rims for me. First they damaged my hope evo 2 hubs by building them incorrectly the finest time, leaving impressions where the spokes where the first time. I asked for for dt Swiss spokes and got champion brand. This is like asking for Mercedes parts and getting Hyundai parts. Lastly the didn't use lock tight on the spoke nipples so they had all loosed up before I picked them up. When I put them on it sounded like I had spoken dokeys. They insisted on me bringing my hole bike down. They told me it was every part on the bike but the wheels. Before the build they told me to trust my local bike shop, since I questioned them about bieing twice as much a mtn equipment co op. Since I perchased the bike there, I did. Big mistake. Go to peddle head, not u have farther away. Don't trust these guys with anything.

Customer Service

What customer? They damaged a set of hubs that cost almost $600. Bait and switched me on spokes and blame me for it.

They seemed pissy when I told them I bought a part off eBay for $50, when they charge $450 for the same part. I have to leave a rating in order to leave a review, and a rating of one they didn't earn honestly.

Practical location, no need to drive downtown. Nice welcome, we had the possibility to go to Fishcreek Park to test drive the bikes we were interested in. We asked a quote for 2 full suspension bikes. The quote was competitive, clear, and respected at time of purchase.
However, as only manual we were given a warranty leaflet from Scott. We found the rest of the instructions on the web. The SPD plates were not delivered with the bikes, and had to be purchased separately. After delivery, we noticed that one of the bike's chain had a pair of locked plates. The chain was then replaced twice the same day, free of charge, as the first time it was again not properly riveted. In general, their choice of accessories is limited, and highly priced.

Customer Service

One month after the purchase, the CTD forks did not lock anymore on the climb position, on both bikes. Shown to Erik, we were surprised to learn that this is absolutely normal, that it is how he thinks it should be. At our insistance, we were offered to leave the bikes a few days with them to have it checked. Back home, it was solved after downloading the service instructions from Fox, by some tightening of the remote's cable.

I've been going to these guys for the last 3 years and they have always been great. The models they carry are mainly Trek, Devinci, Ibis and looks like they have Scott as well thse days. It definately has the small shop feel (Eric the owner is always around and the rest of the guys seem to have been the same ever since I started going). They are super knowledgable and honest when it comes to service. They offer free lifetime tunes on bikes bought through them which is nice, and unlike shops I've gone to in the past, they don't seem to try and make up for the free service by telling you need to replace stuff every time. I don;t even know the number of times I've gone in there and had something tweaked at no charge.
Probably the only knock is that because of the lack of space, their clothing and accessories are pretty limited so I generally end up other places for that stuff.

Customer Service

All the guys clearly know what they are talking about and they all seem to work both on the floor selling and in the back servicing. I have found from my buying experience and from seeing how they talk to other customers that they aren't trying to convince you to spend more than you want to and if they do it is for a better reason than "cause this other one looks sick"!.

I hope they continue to grow and are able to expand to the point where they can justify more space.
