Lots of stock, plenty of mid to high end products.
Also plenty of obscure and hard to find products.
As much as I would like to be able to give super elliotts a good review I can't.
I've had terrible customer service too many times to do so.

Customer Service

The Owner is a complete arrogant and nasty person that refuses to take any blame for any issues that arise with a bike.

Recently I took a $1,000 BMX that was purchased at super elliotts back due to a warranty issue. The defective parts caused a crash leading to severe personal injury and about $2,500 worth of damages to my bike and my personal possessions.

Despite having evidence and witnesses to the fact the crash was caused a warranty issue I was told I was entirely at fault.

Since I felt like I was bashing my head against a brick wall I escalated it to the distributer, who issues the warranty not super elliotts, only to be told I was going to be banned from the shop after collecting my bike.

If you value any level of customer service avoid like the plague.

I won't be shopping here again, even if the owner changes his mind about banning me.

The Shop offers a few good deals here and there but is incredibly cramped and unappealing to walk through. The clutter is a huge turn off.

Customer Service

The customer service that i received was appalling. I received a Norco Bigfoot as a 21st present and three days later had to return to the shop to get the brakes bled as they were loosing pressure. After waiting for 6 hours for them to bleed the brakes, I finally received my bike back to find that the job was not done properly and they had contaminated my brakes with either brake fluid or mineral oil and i had to return the next day to get it fixed again.

After only a few weeks i have had to return again to the shop with the same problem that i had in the first place only more severe as my rear brake completely stopped working half way down a hill.

I would not recommend this shop for anything related to bikes as they clearly are not professional enough to assemble a bike properly or to complete any kind of maintenance to any form of standards.

I have always been sold exactly what I needed.

Customer Service

I went into by a bike and was asked details as to the usage. I was sized on frame and advised as to what I needed. I was very pleased with the young man who served me. I love my bike

Shop is always full of quality bikes that are at a negotiable price, there is always a sale to be found in the store.

Customer Service

Rather pleasant staff are always whiling for a chat about new rides and trails if they are given an option to. Will help you out with almost anything.

Staff have a great amount of product knowledge and will always help you out, no matter what you were after if it was from a $8 tube to a $8000 roadie.

This is the most friendly store in South Australia, there staff are great. It has an old world charm to it. The shop has a friendlier more relaxed attitude than the larger chain stores like JT's.

The shop has a lot of stock and some resonable bikes but is far too cramped to enjoy it. You're always in somebody's way. They sometimes have some good specials on accessories which is why I keep going back for a look. They are though, very old school - bike shops have moved with the times but not this place.

They tend to stock low to mid priced bikes but can get in some descent stuff.

Customer Service

Random... on a bad day you wished you'd gone elsewhere but sometimes you can get reasonable service. Wouldn't rate it very high.

Worth a look if you like checking out bike shops but I always leave feeling either frustrated or disappointed.

Shop is well stocked and has a good range of bikes from road racers to hard core MTB, good range of accessories and some good deals

Customer Service

Have found the service to be good. I bought my last bike there (Giant Trance X2 ) at a great price and was impressed with the service. They were quite happy for me to test ride out the back of the shop ( on the weekend ). I visit the shop fairly regulary to pick up some small items ( tyres, inner tubes, etc ) and although the shop can be quite busy at time I've never been frustrated at not being served within a reasonable amount of time.

I had visited a few other shops when knowing what bike to get and it was the deal I was able to get at this shop that made me a customer. I was also impressed with the attendants attitude (so far all of the people that have served me all ride and have a passion for it ). For getting a Giant it was the best shop in town.

From all accounts, this store seems well stocked and there are always quite a few staff around. They sell all manner of bikes in their Rundle Street store.

Customer Service

The customer service at this shop is EXTREMELY POOR. Despite having many staff members available at any one time, their attitude and interpersonal skills are all extremely lacking. Imagine the worst used car salesman and you've got it. Pressured salesmanship, lack of clarity and did I say poor attitude?

I went in there on an early Saturday morning and the guy who eventually served me (Michael?) basically treated me like a piece of c**p. Now, I am no slob...I actually came straight from work as I am a doctor at the nearby hospital, so how shabby could I possibly look right? and I was definitely in the mood to buy...but when a customer is treated with contempt, there is only one thing to do but to walk out.

Unfortunately, I was forced to bring another bike into this shop for a service (did I mention that I work near this shop?) and in the end I wished that I had not. They were quite quick to take my money, but when I inspected the bike more closely, I reckon that they did absolutely stuff all...not only that, I was given a lecture about the 'dirtiness' of the bike and made to feel small once again...I can assure you that this bike was not in an unreasonable state at all.

If you want to be treated with respect, receive good service and proper after sales work, DO NOT GO TO SUPER ELLIOTTS. You will find that there are other good shops out there like Bike Express and JT.

Nice selection of bikes. Sales staff seemed ok. But the owner of the shop has poor people skills, impatient and needs to change his attitude !

Customer Service

Horrible. I went to this place 4 times with the intention of building a bike to what I wanted. Basically, i gave them 4 chances to sell me a product. But I guess they did'nt want my business.

I was given a ruler and asked to measure it myself when I asked the shop owner what rear spacing a particular bike had.

I was not allowed to test ride the same bike, according to the owner, because they apparently don't allow test rides on weekends due to limited staff. Now I cannot confirm wether that really is the case and that is their policy, but the salesman did allow me to test ride a diffrent bike 10 minutes earlier and seemed confused about 'no test rides on weekends' as I was.

My intentions were not to buy a bike on my first visit but rather to feel out the bike shop to see what kind of service and back up they can provide me, as the bike I am building is rather rare and im a noob to building bikes.

I cannot see myself ever using this bike shop for reliable advice and good back up service.

The bike I was intending on buying is the KHS Solo one which seemed like a good donor bike for the Rohloff hub I was intending on adapting to it.

I don't think the owner of this bike shop is doing any favors for KHS bikes in pushing their product.

I seriously think KHS should find a more reputable bike shop to push thier product in Adelaide South Australia.
