Beginning November 1, 2008, Chris King sealed bearing headsets will exclusively feature the Sotto Voce mark for all color options. This is the same style mark that has proven popular on the 1.5 NoThreadSet released in 2007. Following the positive feedback of a test batch shown to custom builders at NAHBS 2008, we are confident that this new mark will be a popular new color for bicycles and accessory components.
-Sotto Voce (sot-toh voh-che) is an Italian term used in music to denote a dramatic lowering of the tone. It literally means “under voice” but can be translated as “soft voice”.
Sotto Voce is the new standard mark for Chris King headsets.
Black will be available in both mark styles.
