I broke off one of the lower bolt heads, called up Fox and they asked how many I wanted and if I needed any other parts (crush washers) FREE OF CHARGE SHIPPING INCLUDED!!! So I listened to him and it turned out to be a great choice! it is surprisingly light and "flickable" and it can take big hits and not bottom out! Plus it has very good small bumb absorbance (I almost dont even feel bumps in the front of my bike). One thing that scares me is the dial on the bottom of the fork, I'm just really scared its going to hit a rock and break off. Any part will break if abused, but the truth of the matter is that I've wrecked hundreds of times, and I've never had anything like this happen. It might be speculation on my part, as I'm no engineer, but it seems that the material is spread WAY thin on these lowers. I'll likely be replacing this fork once I buy a new set of lowers, I can't be dealing with this sort of stuff mid race season on a fork that retails for $1600.
