Super smooth, very adjustable, huge travel, bottomless, absorb everything, light weight, easy to upgrade, look good and good trusted brand.
Weaknesses:
None. They may not look as chunky as Marzocchi's but there lighter. Not a weakness at all.

just an overall amazing fork!! big improvment from 04 model. Feels bottomless...especially when put on my 10" balfa bb7. easily adjusted, on the fly compression works great while downhilling... if i want a stiffer feeling while hitting the big stuff.. i dial the compression up a bit. Very light weight for a 8" dual crown fork. The raised upper crown looks COOL!!! really not too many flaws. i recomend this fork to any downhiller/freerider looking to improve their ride.
Weaknesses:
not many...but ones that i have noticed are: 1. rebound adjustment was more difficulty accessed than on the team or wc versions. 2. when first adjusting rebound, the adjusting knob pulled out...frightened at first but then realized that it is actually an hex key built in...so it just clips onto the bottom. Kinda worried that it might fall out at first but after riding a couple days realized that it was ok. 3. Compression dial seems to stick after setting forks at slowest compression rate (jiggled forks then it seemed to turn easily again).

A great fork for a downhiller/hardcore freerider. Would recommend the Team or World Cup for racing. This is an all around amazing fork and is an affordable way to improve the performance of any bike.

Bottom Line:
I was going to buy the 06 boxxer team but got a deal I couldn't pass up with this. After much research I discovered that the only difference is the high speed shim stack. Race has one but not as advanced/elaborate as the Team edition. This fork is the best feeling fork I've ever ridden. The control is incredibly. Add to that the amazingly low ride height and affordable price and its a winner. I'm hoping that the seal issues from previous models and those that plagued their 05 Pikes doesn't rear its head. I truly love this fork and would recommend it to anybody.

Awesome for fork downhill. Pettry light and have a incredible feeling. Extremly plush. Enough stiff for hardcore downhill. Can Handle any type of terrain pettry easy. Really easy to adjust with the rebound and low speed compression. Easy to pedal. Really reliable fork

Bottom Line:
It's the best fork I ever owned. The old Boxxer add a nice feeling, but my 2006 Boxxer race is so plush. I currently run with the stock spring that are made for 160 to 180 lbs rider and I weight 140 lbs. But i don't think I will change them for soft spring just because the fork is already extremely plus. The new 2006 doesn’t leak oil like the 2004 Boxxer and the bushing are just fine. Well RockShox did a great job with the new Boxxer line. If you don't know witch fork you should get. Buy a Boxxer Race, Team or WC and you won't be disappointed. I Give 5 chillis to this products because it's just the best.

Ride height much less than some other dual crown forks. Factory axle to crown is 22.3 inches. Light, stiff, adjustable on fly, very plush.

well i was going to get a 06 manitou travis tripple ti intrinsic but i had herd that the castings crack and that they had dorado like problems so i decided to steer for a more reliable fork, and holy mother fuka this fork is amazing. soooooo smooth, so buttery, so damn easy to adjust. i honestly set it up in les than 5 mins. if you wanna stick to the ground, you can do that, if you wanna huck that 20 footer, you can do that too. im super pleased with this fork and dont plan on changing it or anything else on my bike for along time.

Strengths:
Loads off stuff - low overall height (unlike 05 marzocchis), burly and confidence inspiring, adjustable (compression is easy), can even lock them out pretty much if you are into that sort of thing on a DC (????), 20mm thru axle set-up looks solid, they seem to 'ramp up' really well, oh the rebound works really well too. I'm sure there are others.
Weaknesses:
I would prefer an all black fork - i find that they hide superficial scratches (not deep ones though!!!), ummm well the spring isnt really right for me (im 90 kgs which i think is about 200lbs) but it can be changed of course.

Sooo much betetr than my stances, so I was immediately happy. Awesome adjustability (for the price of course) Ride height is absolutely no problem, the front end wound up being the same level as it was with 150mm stances on it. So if you are worried about 888 height go for these bad boys.
Havent done heaps of riding on them yet (bloody australian summer is too hot for a week, then pissing down the next week) so will do a follow up with the ins and outs. Have done a few dirt jumps with them and feel solid, will have to see if I can bottom them out ;)...

For me this fork is great it eats up everything, rutts, bumps, drops, Jumps, simply feel easy with this fork up front, I am not the most agressive downhiller around but this for makes me want to ride harder and faster than ever before ( could be dangerous ) All the adjustments at the twist of a couple of knobs makes it super adjustable to suit any terrain....even pedaling on the flat...suck! I would reccommend this to any rider on a budget as it has more wizz bang than last years race but costs the same....great great fork!
