Strengths:
Strong, Light Weight, flat metal shelf with lot's of little holes for securing bungee cords in strange configurations for odd shaped loads.
Weaknesses:
none so far.
Similar Products Used:

Bike Setup:
Old school hardtail MTB set up for commuter.
Bottom Line:
A good, strong, light rack. Wasn't a problem fitting onto my bike since my frame had all the mounting holes (and them some). It fit well with my full cover 60mm fenders, although whoever made this in China drilled one of the holes slightly off so it ended up a wee bit crooked ... but a good firm twist once mounted took care of that. Stuff like that is expected with a 14 year old bike and a close fit with fenders so it's a minor gripe. I'm actually surprised it fit as well as it did. It also happens to look very nice on the bike, especially from the back with the round curved support.
One of the features I really like about this rack is the flat shelf with all the holes. I bought the Delta cargo net along with this (a whopping $1.40 extra) and that fits very well, however when you're transporting strangely shaped objects the shelf comes in very handy. It keeps things from poking down and perhaps falling through, and the holes along with the support bars give you many options for securing your load with ropes, bungee cords or what have you.
